Juice Mill offers a 1-5 day Juice Cleanse where you simply drink 6 delicious blends throughout the day. We label each drink in your cleanse with a number (one through six) to let you know the proper order you consume them in. We recommend you drink them 2-3 hours apart however it’s important to listen to your body, if you're hungry start on your next juice. Also we really stress that you make sure you're drinking water all day in between your drinks! ​​

• Place your order at least 1 day before you would like to begin! 
• Two days prior to beginning it is great to start eliminating dairy, red meat, sugar, alcohol, coffee and bread products. This will help make your transition into your juice cleanse much easier!
